Nice little idea for a small but stylish kitchen – especially love the rattan suspended cabinet, and the wall light, which together take this wee space from ordinary to somethin’ special. Created by Interior Stylist Minna Jones for Blau Kitchens.
Another space by Minna Jones for Blau. How delicious is that terrazzo? Bold and chunky, but subtle, all at the same time.
Behind the rattan slider is actually a bedroom; but I’m imagining it’s a walk-in pantry.
There’s no reason your bathroom can’t be as layered and warm as a bedroom. I love how just two elements added here have completely re-defined this space. The double height (truly floor-to-ceiling) ochre curtains, and the turkish rug.
Steal this palette: soft olive cabinets, warm timber benchtop, matte white tiling and a rendered adjacent wall.

Love the mix of timber here – the darker cabinetry with the whisper-soft herringbone flooring. That marble top on the cabinets is also a nice ‘elevating’ touch – something you wouldn’t normally see in a bedroom/walk-in wardrobe, and it adds a little extra luxe. Beautiful interior design by Laura Seppanen.
More gorgeousness from Laura Seppanen. This is actually a laundry – and I’m not mad at the kitchen-esque tap, or the kitchen-esque splash back; I’m all for approaching traditional spaces in new ways.
