Light and fresh, but still restful; modest yet modern. Sage green, ILU.
In pulling this look together, the most difficult decision was which Aalto Paint sage to go for – Aalto have a great little family of soft greens, including what’s on the walls here (Solicit), along with a powdery grey-green Faded Silk, Sparse (a deeper sage tone), Limpopo (a muted olive) and more…
Sage green is a great wall choice to marry with rattan and woven pieces – it brings a summer-all-year feeling, but its a more subtle aesthetic, no palm fronds or seashells required.
I also think this colour would also be beautiful in a gender-neutral nursery.
If you have a specific green you’re after (maybe you want to pull a sage from an art print or even some fabric you love), Aalto can also colour-match to create a bespoke paint colour for you.
